Following up on our June meeting with teachers, this week we're doing a three day teacher workshop this week to test the interface and create lesson plans. On Friday we will videoconference with James, as we did at for the Osher Foundation lifelong learning course based on Tom Stoppard's Arcadia. Beginning in the Fall, we'll be offering a number of teacher workshops through University of California Santa Cruz Extension http://www.ucsc-extension.edu/main/ as well as offering an online version. In October we're doing another lifelong learning course that will be based on the K-Web itself, and will investigate creativity, the social aspects of innovation, and will involve authoring content. http://www.ucsc-extension.edu/olli/index.html
